Great book! As an aspiring attorney, this book was exactly what I needed to form my own opinions of justice. Dees takes you inside the courtroom. You cheer when he cheers and you cry when he cries. It made me rethink my place in the world and how we all can make an impact.

The House on Mango Street fulfills parts of me I didn't even know were lacking. Brava!Poetic, romantic, divine and charismatic. I wasn't kidding when I told my friend "I was in love."

Book #8 on my #2016ReadingList. Makes me nostalgic for a world before I was born.
