A lot of person may ask "Why we should read a book about vulva ?". The answer for me is really simple because is a book that tell a part of human history that we had not studied. The story of V is an essay that portrait vulva on a biological anthropological and sociological perspective. If you're fascinated of the untold human history and of the history of sexuality, you should really check out this book.

Un libro molto interessante che spiega la storia del velo come "indumento religioso" prescritto alle donne. Si passa da San Paolo e si arriva fino alla guerra d'Algeria ... Consigliato a chi voglia andare davvero a fondo delle questioni culturali oltre ai piccoli approfondimenti propugnateci al telegiornale.

Io ho letto la versione in italiano de "ilSaggiatore" che ha come titolo "Generazione sex". È tanto divertente quanto informativo. È una guida per i rapporti sessuali e copre praticamente un'incredibile gamma di argomenti ( persino come parlare di sesso ai vostri figli ! ). Non è pesante anzi è molto leggero e, personalmente lo consiglio sia a coloro che hanno già avuto esperienze sessuali sia a coloro che non ne hanno avute.
