pickThe first book in my favourite urban fantasy series. At first I was a bit frustrated by Clary. She acted stupidly sometimes but that is forgivable... She is human after all.
Catch that? I said human. Very real characters (in a not real setting)

pickI really enjoyed the world this story was set in and the plot and idea. Although sometimes I would catch myself wandering off in my head, getting distracted and ending up reading the same sentence for half an hour. Other than the lack of action I would rate this book a strong 4 out of 5.
