Mehso-so

This book took me longer to read than most books as it was more drawn out then I usually like so I found it hard to focus for long intervals. This book drew me in many times, and then I would find myself being untethered. Being someone who doesn‘t like to leave a book unfinished I found the process of reading this daunting at times.

It has standout moments and many of the descriptions are lovely but I found it overall dry and far too slow.

This book is definitely one that I turn to at least once a year to invigorate me, as well as drive back into my head the practices that best serve me.

I can get why this topic can be polarizing to people; sometimes people aren‘t ready to hear the message they need. But for those who are searching for an easier, smoother way to make their lives better- try this book. The humor takes a seemingly dry topic and makes it fun. You‘ll laugh AND learn.
