A pretty enjoyable read and fresh take on the zombie genre. The story dragged a bit in the middle, but the characters were complex and flawed and some of them were lovable enough that it wasn't too much of a slog to get through the slow bits. I'm keen to see the film now, written (I believe) by the author himself.
