Any book that starts with a fictional future map of the United States is worth a read to me!

This was a fun ride! I could quibble with a few cliche idioms that made it into the prose in a few places. Those word choices are more than made up for by the unpredictable twists and turns. Halfway through this book I thought I knew where it was going and I ended up in a very different place.
