I loved the fantasy world Adanlawo set up and the way she makes a complex world easy to understand. The backstory takes the reader back generations before the protagonist is introduced. Alex disappointed me. Basically what I wanted more of in this book is more detail, descriptions, and character development. I can't wait to see where the story goes. I recommend Phantom Rose to anyone who wants an introduction to fantasy. #book #bookaholic #read

Right now I'm reading Phantom Rose by Tanwa Adanlawo but after I'm thinking of reading The Glass Arrow by Kristen Simmons.
I've also completely scratched my TBR this month due to Netflix, so tell me should I give it a go?
