A perfect read to ring in 2020. I fell in love with the setting, all of the characters, and of course- the lyrical and poetic writing.

I devoured this book even though it wasn't what I was expecting. The artwork is amazing and the story keeps you on your toes. Looking forward to volume 2.

Charming, quick read. I was especially inspired by the author's reflections on reading the acknowledgements at the end of the book- something I'm going to start doing!
