I‘ve been in a reading funk and I was slow to finish this one. I also didn‘t want the Buffy universe to end. It was so nice.

This book was as transparent as I hoped and I was really into it.

I REALLY loved this book. Not only was a great insight into the show, the narrator was ON POINT with the voices!!!

THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. not only was it a GREAT horror read, it followed an autistic trans lead character, was all about trans and womens rights and just had me engaged every step of the way. The plot twists weren‘t incredibly surprising but they were satisfying. I ripped through this one!!!!

This was an incredible book. Fern details at length her personal experience with late diagnosed autism and her narration is incredible. I barely put it down.

This book was incredibly cathartic and challenging and a thing of beauty. I found it difficult to maintain interest occasionally, that the prose was plodding at points, but I still loved the experience.

The things I learned in this boooook. Whatever you say about rupaul, he is incredibly insightful and there were some real beautiful moments in this book. Also this mofo steals from EVERYONE.

At first I found the narrative style took me out of the story, but the material was very engaging and moved me deeply.

While the structure was odd, a bit drop in and at times I felt disjointed, it really was a human story that was conveyed so beautifully. I really enjoyed reading it and finished it quickly.

This was an incredibly raw and insightful book, but at times it got a little heady and rabbit hole-ish and I did not follow at times

There was something just special about this book. The vibe, the characters, reliving that time of life. Really struck me.

I thought it was a slow start but once I got engaged in the characters it was a beautiful human story. Fast read!

I couldn‘t get past the domestic abuse to get to the heart of the book. Just not my taste.

I‘ve been in a reading slump, but John Douglas can always push me out. What an incredible read about serial killers. He is the master of behavioural science!!!

What an incredible book. I made multiple notes that I‘ll take into my work. I am going to reread an ebook version so I can highlight and absorb more wisdom.

I had no idea who Julia fox was, I saw this book somewhere and went for it. It‘s been one of the most riveting memoirs I‘ve ever read. I read it in just over one day. It was beautiful and insightful and painful and all encompassing.

There were some parts that dragged, but overall a fast read
