This is easily one of my best cookbook purchases of all time. We've stopped buying takeout and make it at home. It tastes the same but you don't have to leave the house. Plus we are more aware of ingredients, calories, and fat! If I had to recommend a cookbook that everyone should have, this would be on my short list. I have yet to go wrong with a recipe.

I'm a little shocked that 1/2 of this cookbook is backstory. The recipes are 👌 from what I've heard. Ivan Orkin is fascinating so I'm not too upset about this book breakdown but still wish it were a little heavier on the recipe side. The pictures are perfect and I'm still excited to try out this book. By a quick scan it's still going to be 5/5.

Every kid needs the classics in their life. Almost 45 years and Babar is still some of the greatest children's books. One of my favorite tasks as a mom is introducing my kid to my favorite books.

This should be required reading in either high school or college. Fantastic book so far. I don't know why I've waited so long to read it!

I've never been so excited for a book to be sold out. I just bought a copy without an expected delivery date and that's ok because proceeds go to organizations helping Syrian refugees. I love cookbooks and this cause!

I can't get enough D.I.Y. Cookbooks. As a mom, I prefer to make things rather than buy them simply because I can control the ingredients. My latest purchase has everything you need to skip the middle aisles of the grocery store! Hazelnut spread, to ricotta cheese, to bacon, to chips, to granola bars, and more. I have yet to go wrong with America's Test Kitchen!
