so-soMy second book by this author, the first was The Air He Breathes...which I absolutely loved. It ripped my heart out and put it back together. I think this book lost me with the weird, oft times cheesy banter between the two MC's and their inner dialogue...their decisions didn't always feel authentic and I just couldn't relate to them.

pickI inhaled this! I mean, I had that "I can't put this down" feeling that forced me to stay up late to read, then I reached for my Kindle along with my coffee this morning.
I LOOOVE when books make me feel that way.
This is NA contemporary with romance. It is issues-heavy and honestly: a little hard to read here and there. Worth it, tho. I love that this series is comprised of standalones with interesting characters and good development. So good!
