Mehso-so

This book was beautifully heart-heavy. The author has an almost magical way with words but the plot was actually very sad. It had somewhat of a happy ending, though without any prior experience with the author I almost thought this book was going to be fantasy. I waited for the introduction of fairies or changelings. The characters were well formed, and the scenery was magnificent. I truly felt like I was actually there, listening to Cicada cry.
