Trisha Ashley hits another romance out of the park. If you've read any of her stuff before, this is more of the same - with nods to previous books! However, it's a good standalone and you don't need to be familiar with any previous works. A quick read, I've once again enjoyed spending my time with practical capable northern women, handsome and attractive men, and the occasional utter hash they make of their lives. And Aggie wins first prize!

I love this book. It's one of the ones I have for rereading if I need a good, gentle, sometimes vengeful read. It's a romance but it's more about a woman coming to terms with her breakup and living her life on her own. I like all of the self-sufficiency stuff and the baking and the recipes but I just love a good feminine voiced story about living alone and happily. I read anything that Trisha Ashley writes and this is my favourite of hers.
