I was really conflicted about whether I still wanted to read this after the allegations of Max Landis being a creep. Ultimately decided that I‘d read stuff by creeps before (mostly dead ones) so I‘d give it a shot.
It‘s fine. This is my 2nd superhero comic ever & I liked it well enough but ultimately I just didn‘t really connect with much of the material? I dunno.

A little afternoon snack and an ice cold beer. What Max Landis has done with Superman in the American Alien arc is nothing short of wonderful and at the same time frighteningly relevant today. I also appreciate the Easter eggs left for devoted fans and all the small meta-details.
