Goodnight Moon 123 Board Book: A Counting Book | Margaret Wise Brown
2 posts | 3 read
From kittens to cows to bowls of mush, the familiar images from his father's illustrations inspired Thacher Hurd with the idea for Goodnight Moon 123. These comforting images find new expression in this counting companion to the classic bedtime book.

Okay this baby book is not in the database which isn't surprising but it is pretty cool so I wanted to show it. The pages feel like paper but are stronger, able to be wiped down, and don't have sharp edges. The illustrations are gorgeous! The words are simple, just "goodnight" and counting nighttime objects like the moon from one to five. On the edge there is a BPA free teething strip, since we all know babies put everything in their mouths.

Bookzombie That‘s a neat book. 2y

I loved this book because growing up, I read the original Goodnight Moon. Margaret Wise Brown created this book Goodnight Moon 123 Board Book and I found it brilliant. This NF book encompasses the ideals of the original book and adds an educational twist to it that I loved! https://www.teachingbooks.net/tb.cgi?tid=45680 #ucflae3417sp17

DrSpalding Neat classroom resource and classic book. A good read aloud but an even better story telling. 7y
