Jocardo: "What I appreciate about the book is that I'm from a small town in Kentucky and the narrator Hank is from Indianapolis. I very much relate to the characters in the book. I'm going home for Christmas and can garantuee that I'll see people who stayed there and they will be doing the exact same thing. They don't change much. They're in the same bar, smoking the same cigarette."
