Like a Diamond in the Sky | 
panit feels like i have been awoken from a withdrawal myself, although the book itself wasn't the addictive element here, it's the brutal description of the addiction and withdrawal so bleak that i just felt miserable. i first wanted to read this book just because the story took place in the contemporary Dhaka, but she doesn't understand Dhaka. apart from that, weak plot, underdeveloped characters and lack of continuity are the other flaws.
