In a Gotham city ravaged by the Joker, teens don makeshift yellow and green outfits and adopt the “R” to fight crime. We are Robin. Great premise, very well executed. It‘s refreshing to read a story about ordinary folks taking inspiration from the bat, to organize and help Gotham become better for everyone.

This book was wonderful. It dealt with the severity of the vigilante business and the inexperience of youth in a way that felt refreshing and honest. It wasn't a ragtag group of kids making things worse; it was a carefully chosen group learning together. Excellent read! (Bonus points for HP jokes!)

Damn, I love the connected Batverse so much. This is how you do comics for all, dudes.

There were so many scenes that made me stop and admire the storytelling in this book, and I really enjoyed the art. Not your usual superhero book, but still plenty of moral quandaries and butt-kicking!
