A solid, enjoyable thriller from Alistair MacLean. I especially liked the setting (the Western Highlands of Scotland), the dry-witted narrator, and the helicopter flying 😄 And many thanks to @dsfisher for taking a picture of the last page of her copy to replace the badly torn last page of my copy 😊

For #EightDaysAWeek I went with a book that had "eight" in the title. I like the cover blurb: "Now a superb film from Winkas Film Productions". Superb ?

rabbitprincess @dsfisher I'll take a picture of my page so you can see how it's damaged. It is a retired library copy...I wonder if the card catalogue sleeve was on the back of the last page rather than the inside back cover and someone did a bad job of ripping it off. 7y
