Goodness today was a long 13 hour day and my brain just can‘t handle reading right now. So settling on my next issue of Giant Days. Its # 26 but I couldn‘t find it on Litsy. Tomorrow is supposed to be a short day and I‘m crossing my fingers it is!! 🤞🏼
Litsy keeps me sane sometimes! 😁

And just like that I am again out of hoopla loans. The waiting game begins again. Too bad my library doesn't have this series.

Snow Does the hoopla system have all the same books as a library's overdrive system? 7y

Lindy @quirkyreader @snow Libraries pay per download with Hoopla, that's why there's a limit. The collection of titles is almost completely different from the Overdrive collection. 7y

monkeygirlsmama @Snow Usually if Hoopla has what I want then Overdrive does not. @quirkyreader I think each library sets their own limit. My Hoopla originally allotted me 3, I think; however, recently it doubled up to 6 per month. @Karen3 I burnt through 3 of my 6 just today too as I finished catching up on Saga. Gonna be a long month. LoL (edited) 7y

Lindy @quirkyreader You are right about each library setting their own limit. When mine started offering Hoopla about 5 years ago, the limit was 10 items per month. It's recently become so popular (expensive!) that our limit has dropped to 5 per month. 7y
