pickThere were moments when I thought this series finale was gonna break my heart, but Burke and Jensen deliver my favourite sort of ending: one that pushes everyone hard, answers the important questions, and leaves enough dangly bits that the reader knows the story may be over for her but the characters still have plenty of adventures ahead of them.
I highly recommend this series. You want to start with CHAOS STATION & wallow in awesome.
I stopped and read a couple chapters by the river, but I found it hard to concentrate. Too many lovely things to look at, plus I had to hold my Kobo at a weird angle so I could see the screen. #reversereadathon
Breakfast. The omelet's sausage & olive, the juice is blueberry pomegranate, and the strawberries have weird skin and taste almost like cucumber. Most peculiar.
Book-wise, I'm sooooooo glad I finally read this series! PHASE SHIFT is the fifth and final volume, and I can see myself going into withdrawal once I'm done. I love these characters and their emotionally taxing adventures. #reversereadathon
