This is so me right now. And for the last 3 years. And probably for the next 3.

JSW Ah, midlife. Ah, forties. 7y
LauraBeth At 46 I can say that I love being in my 40s ❤️😀 7y
JSW @LauraBeth I'm getting there. It's been rocky, but I remind myself that my college years were also rocky and I love what I gained from them. 7y

And for a book I DID enjoy! Just finished/still processing. I would recommend this book to anyone who thinks religion is fascinating (though that's only a small piece) something that is quietly feminist but still incredibly powerful. I feel like this is a rereadable book and that sections will be reread over & over by me.

I kind of like the idea of authors and artists being modern day shamans.

I've been on a weird kick with what I'm reading lately. I've been slightly obsessed with King Arthur and the Holy Grail. This book is giving me insane wanderlust and making me want to take my own pilgrimage and find my own dang Holy Grail 😍

Emiller I love books about King Arthur! 7y
haileybean I recently bought the first two volumes of King Arthur and I found the Mists of Avalon at a used bookstore. I'm so excited. I haven't read anything King Arthur related since I was a sophomore in high school 7y
TrishB I was massively into Arthur stories when pregnant....hence my daughters middle name is Avalon.....she is 15 now and tries not to tell anyone 😄😄 7y
haileybean Why?! That's so cool! I'm jealous of her middle name. 7y
