Three Silver Doves | 
panGarner's descriptions are beautiful and evocative, but the plot barely moves forward. While the mystery about the illegal business with Native American art could be interesting, there is very little suspense. Lots of information is repeated over and over again, and the twists toward the end aren't too surprising really.
I've read 3 books from the series, I enjoyed one, and two were meh. I don't think I'll continue with the rest of the series.
