Hands down one of the best collections of creepy short stories I've ever read. So weird and unique.

Dug these eerie stories. Felt kinship with all the bee people.
I am really enjoying my second #nocturnalreaders book - it is certainly making up for The Wicked.
This one had some good stories, though they didn't creep me our as much as I had hoped. I really liked "The Devil Under the Maison Blue" and "October Film Haunt: Under the House." Definitely a collection that makes you think about what horror is.

Now that we're finally breaking our 100-degree weather here, I'm considering it fall, so it's time to double up on the horror reads. I've been picking up shorter function lately, like this short story collection by Michael Wehunt. His collection is fantastic so far! The stories I've read have gone from unsettling to weird to absolutely creepy. There are only a few stories left so I plan to finish it today. 😄
Here is a collection of weird and beautiful fiction. If you're drawn to literary horror, as I am these days, Michael Wehunt's GREENER PASTURES should be top of your list. Outstanding prose threading through a series of tales that reveal only a modicum of their mystery. Can't recommend enough.
From the first paragraph of Greener Pastures, and it really sets the mood for the rest of the book. Super creepy and unsettling, just what I was looking for!
A solemn, beautiful collection of weird.
Pretty awesome collection. If I had one complaint, it would be that several stories ended very similarly. I enjoyed the author's notes at the end, and several stories will definitely stick with me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5
