This book is an absolute breath of fresh air. Encountering a religious leader who embraces science without rigid reaction or fear that his questioning might lead to a loss of faith is not the experience of my youth. 3/5 Stars

When the apples are about to go off, you do some quick #audiobaking.

I made it 17% into the tagged book tonight, and I like it a lot. You can really feel the Dalai Lama‘s enthusiasm for his subject.

3.5⭐ I recommend this book for people who want to better understand Buddhism and it's compatibility with science, but with the caveat that there can be more detail than entirely necessary for laypeople and thus is may be helpful to focus more on how spirituality and science converge and diverge than trying to understand all the details.
