Maddy should have died in a plane crash. Liam should have died at sea when the Titanic sank. Sal should have died in a tragic fire. But a mysterious man whisked them away to safety. Maddy, Liam, and Sal quickly learn that time travel is no longer just a hope for the future; it is a dangerous reality. And they weren't just rescued from their terrible fates. . . they were recruited for the agency of TimeRiders created to protect the world from those seeking to alter the course of history for personal gain. By reliving the highly documented events in New York City on 9/11, they can closely monitor history for any deviations-large or small. When just such a change is detected, they are alerted that a threat is at hand unleashing the evil of the Nazis to wreak havoc with Earth's present and future. Can Maddy, Liam, and Sal fulfill their destinies as keepers of time to save the world from utter destruction? An exhilarating adventure that shifts readers back in time to Nazi Germany and then forward into an ever-changing present. Look out for the other books in this series: Day of the Predator and The Doomsday Code!

And done.
This is the second time I've read this book and it's just as good this time round.
Not read any more in the series, but this time round I intend to read more. Apparently, next time it's dinosaurs!

But anywho, this one is done. Better get back on with Gunslinger.

Good morning! How is everyone this lovely Saturday?! I'm on my way to work. We'll be short staffed today and it's carnival day so potential for deadly busy.
Wish I could stay home with my books! (And art supplies, have got a major arty craving)

Good morning. How are we all?
Still haven't brought myself back to Gunslinger, so Time Riders it is! Think I'm not awake enough for it. Will give it another go on my way home this evening.

Are there/has there been any books that you guys find you need to be fully awake for? Or is there a time of day you read a particular style?

Utopiyll Anything with heavy descriptive language I have to be fully awake for, and in a certain mood, like Lotr or Game of Thrones, anything like that! 😂 If I can't I will usually revert to a YA fantasy that isn't going to overwhelm my memory!!! 7y
misslupescu @Utopiyll Yea, even if I've read it before, need to be awake for it! YA does tend to be easier on the ol'brain. Glad I'm not the only one who has reads for various levels of consciousness. ^_^ 7y

As gunslinger is confusing and annoying me. I've decided to have a second book with me on my travels so I can have a break. So it is a re-read of Time Riders that is the choice atm.

Also... I've had a long day. And I'm grumpy so marshmallow is always a happy food!
