Cozy night.
Hacking book no.6 of the year 2020 😎
Enjoyable sequel. Definitely need to read the first one to understand this one. Delves deeper into the mystery of Jacob's mother and the world of the "special projects." The mystery aspect was less compelling this time, but I enjoyed the time spent with the characters and the use of setting and Jewish traditions.
Yay! This! Halfway through and s‘wonderful fun! Similar to Ben Aaronovitch, Christopher Fowler urban fantasy, rooted in Jewish myth, fable, traditions. Got my favorite kind of cop, cranky and angst-ridden. Reading backwards in a series again...The Golem of Hollywood came out first; no worries, there‘s enough to hint at what happened before.
