Pickpick

I picked this up as my travelogue for the Litsy Reading Challenge. This was about a couple who leave their cold and damp home in England to open a bar and restaurant in the sun drenched paradise of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands. Although it sounded good on paper they quickly realize that it‘s a lot more hard work than they imagined. They meet quite an assortment of characters along the way as well. It was a quick, fun read.

This was a hilarious book about two brothers owning and attempting to run a bar in Tenerife. At times I couldn't believe the stories, they were almost to crazy to be real. This was a fun read, definitely a good pick for the beach 😀

Booksnchill Listened to this on audio also great! 6y
