As a cake, donut and general gluten-loving girl, my heart broke when I got diagnosed with celiac disease earlier this month. I took refuge in my local library, and brought home a stack of books on living gluten free. This book is about one women's journey with celiac, and it helped lift my spirits. She loves food as much as I do and has inspired me to try some new recipes. I just have to think of this as a new food adventure!
