It's a little cringey, and is a big fan of therapy homework, which is not my jam. If you love comic books and are looking for a self-help journey, maybe give this a try.

so-soI wanted to love this book. Emily V. Gordon is the wife of Kumail Nanjiani. Plus, the concept of superheroes and self-help seems awesome! But, it fell a little flat for me. It was cute, and she gives good advice, but it's not one that I'm gonna be telling all my friends to read
