Today‘s poolside reading. I‘ve always liked Robbie Williams (sometimes secretly and sometimes not so secretly). Happy to see a fellow Stokie done good.

"The thing people forget about Robbie Williams is that he's really not that bad...But what Robbie Williams is, what he will always be, is a proper pop star. Egotistical. Insecure. Contradictory. Absurd. Kind of embarrassing, but always compelling."
I'm struggling with the compelling part at the moment. The chapters flit between present day & 2006/7 with quite a lot of 'life is hard being a pop star'. Let's hope I can get past Robbie's woe is me.
It is biography central at my place right now. Quite a few to get through here and even more on my Kindle. Where to start? Ah Robbie it is. Now where did I put his Greatest Hits?

"This is a book about Robbie Williams."
It wouldn't be Christmas if I didn't get a book. Robbie is still one of my favourite musicians. I'll never forget seeing him live at the Milton Keynes Bowl and singing Strong at the top of my voice whilst swaying arm in arm with my best mate & thousands of Robbie fans. Can't wait to see what Robbie has to Reveal ?
Merry Christmas everyone ??? hope Santa bought you lots of lovely books & good tidings
