This tale uses repetition and rhyming to illustrate the story. I can use this story in a classroom in various ways to emphasize literacy skills for my students. One way I can do this is by having a creative writing activity where students come up with their own version of the tale.

My oldest boy loves these books. I will bestow upon them the rating of “pick” just because of that.
In all honesty, these books creep me out. 😂😳 But I see the appeal to little boys who love all things gross. 😁

This traditional literature story was read to me when i was younger and O thought it was so nasty when she swallowed the flu but when u continued to read that wasn‘t the only thing that she swallowed it was a crazy and funny book that i listened too.
