pickUsually movies do not do a book justice in any sense of the word but in the case of this book, the movies any of which have been made have done a great injustice to this book. Horrific as the story was this has easily become one of my favorite books of all time. I am not sure whether or not the movies I watched were really based on the book or if they were the director/ writers own spin on the tale. I still like the movies though.

Carolhreads @CoffeeNBooks it really is such a great book I was surprised I sometimes struggle through the classics because they drone on and on but this one was easy to read and picked up quickly after the first few chapters. 6y
