I loved this. Astronomy is one of my passions. It was fun reading it with my 7 year old niece as well

Many women made great discoveries in the field of astronomy but often couldn't benefit, due to their gender

llwheeler That's exactly the time period and subject I'm reading about now 6y
UglyOldBat @llwheeler Sounds interesting! 6y
UglyOldBat @llwheeler Are you enjoying it? 6y
llwheeler @abandonallhope I am, about half through the audiobook. I don't read a lot of non-fiction, so at times i am finding it a bit dry, but i'd recommend it so far if you're into the history of science/history of women in science 6y
