pickCooper writes each of these short stories, all centered around small town life in the south, in first person. What stands out is how true the voice if each narrator stands out -- it doesn't matter if the narrator is a 90 year old woman or an 8 year old child. There is a lot of spirit and life in these stories about everyday living.
