This week has been a rough one as two well-known people have taken their lives, as studies show an increasing suicide rate.

The stigma around mental illness has to stop. It‘s hard to comprehend suicide from the outside. Money doesn‘t numb pain. Popularity doesn‘t ease the noise. It‘s not about being selfish or cowardly. If someone is at that point, pain supersedes your friends, family, the next minute.

You matter. Yes, you. I hope you know.
