Took this picture of a deer outside our cabin as I finished the book! 🦌
I wanted to like it. I really did. The story pulled me in enough that I wanted to find out what happened, but there were just so many things I didn‘t like. It was a real downer. Bad things kept happening. It seems like just about everyone in the book was having an affair...sometimes their spouse knew and other times they didn‘t. The book ends with lingering questions.
