pickDelightful book of short stories about life and changes, loss and coming to terms with all of the above. There is a great lightness of touch that makes you invest in these stories. The characters are so honest as well, it‘s easy to sympathise and empathise.
pickA wonderful collection of eleven short stories, all set in Belfast, Northern Ireland and centered on ordinary lives, mostly kids growing up. Each story was a perfect microcosm. I‘ll be reading more by this talented writer.
Currently reading to review for LibraryThing. So far, excellent.
I hope the insides of this book are as beautiful as the outside.
