Simona Jergović is a very popular author here in Slovenia, and I‘m patiently waiting for my library hold … 2d
shawnmooney @Simona I am really enjoying it so far! And he started following me on Instagram after he saw my very first quote from this book! I‘ve been doing a little bit of messaging back-and-forth with him which has been an incredible experience. 😍 😍 2d
Simona He sounds (well at least in interviews) like very modest and down to earth author despite that he is literary star in my part of the world! 2d

This is my first ever #BookReport - I‘m hoping to keep doing this as one way to increase my Litsy-specific content and interactions in 2022! 💖💖

Chelsea.Poole I recently just started too and it‘s fun ☺️ 2d
shawnmooney @Chelsea.Poole The eating an 🍊 one? Yes fun and really quite unique! 2d
LeahBergen Ahh! I love these updates from you! 2d
shawnmooney @LeahBergen I put the “sexy“ reference in just to grab your attention! 🤪 2d
Chelsea.Poole I mean I just started doing these #bookreport #weeklyforecast posts, which I‘m finding fun :) But yes definitely intrigued by the naked orange 😆 heading over to look it up from the library 🏃‍♀️ 2d

Suet624 your description on booktube of this book made me run over here to stack it! 1w
shawnmooney @Suet624 Music to my ears! It‘s high time you came on Bite-sized Book Chats, don‘t you think? :-) I‘ve scanned some of your recent posts and if it‘s not too far in the past, what about talking about Aftershocks? 1w
Suet624 @shawnmooney Oh Lordy. I am much too shy to do that. The pressure! I don't know how people do it, expose themselves, to be honest. Leaving home at 16 and being (merely) a 10th grade high school graduate I always feel underqualified and inarticulate to review a book. Litsy is really my only comfort zone. So while you have made my day by asking, I must respectfully decline. 1w
