I think every girl who wants to know more about her sexual health needs to read this book. It educates you not only about your genitals but also about sex, contraception, periods, pregnancy, abortion, miscarriage, the various issues that you can suffer and the STIs. My only complaint is that the authors were a bit hesitant to take a stand and went back and forth when discussing issues like contraception, abortion or vaccination.

It took me comparatively long to finish this short Blink but I loved it. I learned something new (about labia), refreshed knowledge I still should have from school (about menstrual cycle; it‘s as complicated as I remember it) and was given food for thought (3 sexes).

I was impressed. Strong recommendation.
I will definitely re-visit this one‼️

At first I wanted to skip #WeekendReads by @rachelsbrittain but then I saw what @annamatopoetry posted about 3️⃣ and felt so mind blown. 🤯 Anna, I hope you don‘t mind that I copy your idea.

1️⃣ Tagged. A German Blink about vagina I started on Dec, 22nd but didn‘t manage to finish even though I bet it‘s _so_interesting_.

2️⃣ 🇬🇧 “I think you should talk to somebody”

3️⃣ Not numerical, but maybe I should make a list of my physical sub …

After watching their TedTalk I had to make their book my May purchase. My May reading was super lacking. I'm hoping with the Summer Reading Challenge from my local library (though the prizes leave much to be desired) that my June reading will pick up. This May pick will hopefully be on my finished list for the challenge! Anyone else joining their library's Summer Reading?

People with vaginas of all ages would benefit from and enjoy reading this. Basically our lady bits are a wonder to behold, we should know more about them and be proud of them.
