This was a good psychological thriller that was a quick weekend read. Interesting characters, some truly unexpected plot twists, and a great ending. The story had a good pace and was an engaging read. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2

The first half was good although I had a feeling I knew what was going on, but the ending was a letdown. To say the series is about Sergeant Stephanie King, she barely appeared in it, & there seemed to be next to no investigating. 3⭐️
Cleverly plotted with plenty of twists and turns, I was never quite sure where the story was going to take me next. It‘s a proper page turner with some excellent characters - I just didn‘t know who to believe. I had great fun trying to work it all out! This thriller had me in its enthrall until the very last page. The ending is brilliant! Highly recommended.
This book has been so cleverly written it left me on the edge of my seat throughout. What did happen that terrible night and why. Slowly the full story comes to light but with so many twists and turns along the wAy. I really wanted the answers which means this book is not one that you can put down but also you don‘t want it to end. Clear a space in the diary and enjoy this brilliant book.
