⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This wraps up my deep dive into the Cleveland kidnappings. I‘m honestly looking forward to a different headspace, but once engulfed, I felt an obligation to these phenomenal women. This is the most encompassing account I‘ve read, but their individual experiences are not as detailed as they are in HOPE (Berry & DeJesus) and FINDING ME (Knight); which may be good or bad depending on what your heart and mind can handle.

bio_chem06 The entire story is just heart wrenching. I also hate how Michelle Knight seemed never to be able to get close to Gina or Amanda. It‘s like, she couldn‘t even find solace in someone who shares this terrible experience with her. I don‘t know that I‘m as strong as these women. It‘s empowering to say the least. 4y

I remember hearing about when the girls were found but I had never really payed attention or looked further into the story.
John Glatt does an excellent job telling this harrowing story about these absolutely badass, amazingly strong women.

Football practice and reading- this one is difficult reading due to the subject matter so I'm taking long breaks and watching my boys both practice hard. I sure do love this time of year!
