Really great information on what causes choking in various circumstances, but not very well written. Filled with clichés, and some chapters feel like they were written by someone who never read any of the other chapters in the book, giving information that had just been presented as if it were brand new. It could‘ve benefited enormously from a better editor. 3 out of 5 stars.

Seriously, can The Weather Channel not afford editors? Do people not read anymore? Is this “obsolete form of choke” the best they can do? I clicked on it to make sure it wasn‘t some other website‘s clickbait. Nope, just The Weather Channel hurting my English teacher heart. 😩😭
