31/150 I read these when they originally came out in the 80s, but you gain a different perspective, like when you binge watch a tv series, reading several issues together. Alan Moore turned Swamp Thing from a meh superhero comic into one of the best horror comics ever written. His way with words, subtle but terrifying, and the art by Bissette & Totleben made this one of the best comics to come out
of the 1980s. 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐💫

I enjoyed this comic, and I'll probably read the second book at some point. It just didn't really grab me, though.
