Pickpick

I watched the TV series adaptation a few years ago and really liked it. It was really interesting to see how much of the story was changed.

Reading goals for August 2017:

1. Finish Under the Dome by Stephen King
2. The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood
3. Beartown by Fredrik Backman
4. The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas
5. One of Us is Lying by Karen M. McManus

I'm hoping to read these books by the 15th because that's when they're all due back to the library. I don't know what the books for the last half of August will be but I'll keep you posted. Look out of a pic 🤗📚

Jess7 Several of your books are on my TBR long list for this month. I hope I can get to them all. 7y

Finally checked out McKay's books! It was awesome! I had to keep myself from buying more. I guess gardening books and Stephen King don't really go together! Haha!

Laura317 Isn't McKay's the best? Which one did you visit? 8y
clconn17 @Laura317 I went to the Nashville location. Luckily I live in Nashville so I can go whenever I want! 8y

Ok, I stayed up too late last night to finish this, meaning I stayed up until about 2am. Needless to say, I kept on having dreams about it, my mind was trying to keep on reading while I slept 😔. Now, I need to run downstairs, to my bookshelf and get Under The Dome: Part 2. An awesome read! 🤓📚💕

Enjoying this mind boggling and compelling piece by Stephen King. He actually announced that it's @joe_hill 's birthday! Wishing him a very happy birthday!🎉🎂 By the way, I started reading Horns as well, and so far it's good. Also a mind boggling and compelling story. I just can't read fast enough!
