Faerie Apocalypse
Faerie Apocalypse | Jason Franks
1 post | 4 to read
Over the centuries the Faerie Realms have drifted away from the mortal world. But for some, the Doors will open. For some, there is a Way to travel there, if they dream it hard enough. A succession of mortals travel to Faerie and bring the horrors of our age to the Land, and the Folk who live there respond in kind.

I was scrolling through my library's ebooks and stumbled upon what may be the best title ever.

I didn't think it was possible to click "borrow" that quickly.

Bradleygirl Just based on this I'm gonna quietly recommend my favorite faerie / urban fantasy and sneak back out 6y
KCorter @Bradleygirl Ooh! Stay! I need more recommendations! I'll even trade you. 6y

Bradleygirl Oh and this one was dreamy and weird but I loved it: 6y
KCorter @Bradleygirl That's how I feel about the Fairyland series by Catherynne Valente! Well, Catherynne Valente should really be a genre of her own in my opinion. 6y
KCorter @Bradleygirl "Dreamy and weird" sounds perfect. In fact, that's how I would probably describe my current read as well. 6y
Bradleygirl Valente's series is on my TBR, I'll have to bump it up! 6y
KCorter @Bradleygirl While you're at it, if superhero retellings pique your interest, add this one to your TBR. It is one of my favorites. 6y
Bradleygirl Will do! Ooh, that one by Oyeyemi sounds good. OH I just remembered! The Eyre Affair series is delightful 6y
