2nd in the Tuva Moodyson series finds the deaf reporter abt to leave the small town for a job in the city, but a suicide at the local liquorice factory followed by a gruesome murder leads to Tuva investigating but putting herself jeopardy. A good series although ending felt a bit hurried. However nothing like a snowy Sweden as spring in England blooms.

Cinfhen Spring in England sounds very delightful 💜 2y

Loved Tuva so much I immediately downloaded the second of this Scandi Noir series. A bit of Twin Peaks atmosphere for the characters and setting which is great. Tuva, a deaf reporter about to leave for her new job in 7 days, immerses herself in a new murder mystery, and finds how to forgive herself and others as well as the truth, not just the story but about friendship and love. I‘m a boots on concrete girl myself; so cool 😎 with Tuva‘s feels!

I can‘t recommend this series enough to people who love good atmospheric mysteries. A great follow up and already looking forward to the next.
