Echoes of Grace | 
pickAurora lives alone with her father and nanny in a dilapidated mansion in Cornwall. Her life is lonely and old fashioned until her father meets a woman from London with a big family of her own.
This spans many years and points of view. It takes on several taboos which wasn‘t at all what I expected, but the characters and the writing were compelling, and I enjoyed everything but the final scene which seemed rushed and cliched.
