Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man LP
Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man LP: What Men Really Think About Love, Relationships, Intimacy, and Commitment | Steve Harvey
Steve Harvey, the host of the nationally syndicated Steve Harvey Morning Show, can't count the number of impressive women he's met over the years, whether it's through the "Strawberry Letters" segment of his program or while on tour for his comedy shows. Yet when it comes to relationships, they can't figure out what makes men tick. Why? According to Steve it's because they're asking other women for advice when no one but another man can tell them how to find and keep a man. In Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man, Steve lets women inside the mindset of a man and sheds light on concepts and questions such as: The Ninety Day Rule: Ford requires it of its employees. Should you require it of your man? The five questions every woman should ask a man to determine how serious he is. And much more . . . Sometimes funny, sometimes direct, but always truthful, Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man is a book you must read if you want to understand how men think when it comes to relationships.

I usually love Steve Harvey's comedy and I thought I would love this book also but it left me with very mixed feelings. Parts of it contained good advice delivered in his fun way of delivery but other parts struck a surprisingly sexist tone with me that I just didn't find fun or to be a helpful. I am sure that is not the way he would of intended for any part of this book to be interpreted but it was the way I was left feeling at the end of it.

This book was awful, I almost couldn‘t get through it. To sum it up men are dogs, and we women have to play hard to get while also stroking their fragile egos. Ladies don‘t waste your money.

This book focus on stereotypes which is just not true of all men... If someone tell me that 'a real man will...' or 'a real man should...' then i want to scream. Steve Harvey is a comedian, he should not leave his day job...

Overall I liked this book because of its candor. Trying how to understand how other people think is why we read in the first place. With that said, this book did have some great insights but occasionally read as an instructional manual of things women should just tolerate and not question. That, I wasn't into. But Harvey is pretty spot on with much of his thinking so I did appreciate his voice.

a friend has given me this book to read while on the cruise. Maybe some bloke will see me and think hey she's single and chat me up and we'll sail off into the sunset and live happily ever after....or not

Leniverse Because all men are the same, you can understand them by reading this handy manual. 🙄 7y

"Real men extend themselves to women they care about."
It's truly amazing what this book is teaching me. So much clarity is being provided. Thanks, Steve! ☺️
