Because...cookies! I know the picture isn't amazing, but these are Honey Gingerbread Cookies--so amazing and delicious! I'm glad I stumbled across this book at the library while my son and I were reading Milne's classics. Of course, most of the recipes have honey in them, and my favorites are for desserts. This is the only one we've tried so far, but many of them look amazing and easy. I'll have to buy a copy to have on hand. So ready for Fall!

courtney Anything with honey is my favorite. These sounds (and look!) amazing! 🍪🍯 8y

Tammygrrrl OMG I have this book and I LOVE IT. The popovers are my FAVORITE. 8y
readinginthedark @BookishFeminist They're jack-o-lanterns! After I took this picture, we colored some honey and tried to fill in their faces, which really only succeeded in make them look creepy and deformed, but they still tasted delicious! 8y
readinginthedark @courtney @thegirlwiththelibrarybag They are delicious! @Tammygrrrl I haven't tried that one yet, but it's definitely on my list! 8y
readinginthedark @Laalaleighh Since the recipe is published, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share it without permission. I'll look up copyright info. But it's in the book I linked to either way, if you can find that. 8y
Laalaleighh @readinginthedark ok! Thank you!! 8y
